WFNNB listing on credit report - How to deal with it


is there anyone who can help me get contact numbers of WFNNB BANK?

My Social Security check arrives 3rd of each month, I mail WFNNB check at the P.O. on the 4th of each month. The payment is posted anywhere between the 5th or 11th. I cannot afford $29 late fees on my SS income. Why cant you extend the due date?

I have taken out a new mortgage and the Abstract company sent me a check to send to WFNNB/LNBR. Could you help me to get this address to send this check to. The Abstract Co. was of no help to me to give me the address.

The right phone number to get to the credit department of WFNNB is 1 (800) 695-7444. The other numbers work, but you have to somehow work your way so that the system transfers you to a customer service rep and it's difficult. Just call that recovery number and they will help you.

I have had seven phone calls today from WFNNB. I owe money to several credit card companies and have talked with them and cannot afford to catch up because of all the fees, so it does no good to speak with them every 5 days, but they won't stop calling. Is this harrassement? Can I speak with the fair debt collection agency regarding these annoying phone calls?

Hi,

I had a bill with this company and had paid it off in full in February of 2006. I keep receiving letters from a collection agency telling me it hasn't been paid or resolved. I have the cashed check from WFFNB in hand! What can I do?

These boys just never stop sucking! WFNNB callers from different states call several times a day. Must be good money for stay-at-home collections.
I can see why so many have had credit rating problems with companies like these. Make sure your next credit card is not financed by WFNNB before you sign up!

Wfnnb needs to get with the program......i pay 99% of my billings on line....please get your website up.....i could of reached your company 2 motns ago to cancel the stolen credit card!!!!!!!!! Now 2 months later, i finally get a billing statement in....late and there are charges on my account!!!!!!!!! There has been over $300. Worth of unauthorized charges due to the fact, i shred everthing after making my payments....and had no card for the phone number to call the stolen card in nor had a bill avaliable to contact......so, please hire a programer to get you're website up....as stated to me 6 months ago...it won't be long....well, it is apprently not soon enough........."just get your website up!!! Please"

I don't know if you can tell me but I've had a credit card with WFNNB. They've been sending me bills online for a couple of years now. Suddenly, I go to pay my bill and I can't access the site. I've been sent no literature in the mail nor have I been contacted through my email. I've tried calling three numbers but they're either something else, endless recordings leading to dead ends, or busy signals. It's become quite frustrating. I hope my credit doesn't get ruined. I'm really trying.

Hey I was wondering if anybody knew how to get World Financial Bankd to stop calling. They call a lot for a person who no longer is at this phone number. It is kind of annoying because they call 3-4 times a day. I tried to talk to the lady who just called a few minutes ago but she hung up on me. Any suggestions?

I'm seriously behind in a debt due to a stroke and two separate surgeries. I am now retired on disability and can only pay about $20-$30 amonth on this particular debt. The debtor refuses to accept anything lower than $200 per month. Any suggestions??

I had a debt go into collections in 2004. I paid the debt off through the collections agency. Recently i found out that the primary debt holder kept a small portion of the debt that i didnt know about. Is this legal? I ask beacause i havent recieved any bills from the company in many years and i was under the impression that when i payed thecollection agency i was fininshed with the debt.

I had a message on my machine to call WFNNB back. I did so and because nobody in this house has or has ever had an account with WFNNB it won't match the last 4 of the social to the account. With this happening, I can't even talk to a rep to ;et them know that they keep calling the wrong household. It is getting frustrating. Please help me get in contact with a person. The automated system hangs up on you if you push 00 at anytime of the call.

it has come to my attention that i have 3 credit card with WFNNB,I have wrote to two of them to lower my apr,HOWEVER with no sucess. I am finacially unstable and unless something is lowered i may have to quit paying in any of them. Goodys of Hickory is out of business and the way it looks i may be soon also,please work with me so i can get these paid,i have turned in all three cards,goodys lane bryant and avenue. They are no longer in use. my account numbers are,goodys edited Avenue,is edited, Lane bryant is paid off and all of them are scredded and sent back to company. I have been trying to contact MasterCard for my account for a month. Every time I call a very rude WFNNB customer service representative would get on the phones. I had a chance to chat with one of your supervisor, whom stated she can take my home from me. Also she had 21years experience with WFNNB. This person is only one of your representatives for your company, who are in contact with MasterCard Customers.

I contacted them because I am having finical difficulties do to separation of marriage and also my son has been in the hospital due to an atv accident. As I was trying to explain to the supervisor the information I received from one of the WFNNB representative. About debt consultant information she gave me.

I asked the WFNNB representative if the debt consultant would cost any money to get information and help. She said ???No,??? Untied Way will help.

I asked one of the customer service representatives, if I can speak to a supervisor. So I can make sure next time they give false information to a MasterCard Customer, they need to make sure they have all the information right. I didn???t raise my voice or speak out of term. As I processed to talk, she kept on interrupting me.

Finely I ask, If this how she talks to MasterCard Customers, would WFNNB CEO???s would appreciate the way she talks to customers. That was the last time I would contact WFNNB Customer Service Representatives.

This is poor judgment on WFNNB for having Customer Service Representatives who represent WFNNB on BEHALF of MasterCard.

WFNNB is not based out of Texas. They have several locations around the States and the world, including several locations in Canada and Jamaica. If you think that Texas is where they are based, why did you provide an Ohio (614) phone number for reaching them? Furthermore, you are mistaking "Alliance Data System" for Alliance Data Systems, which was an old company name. Now it is just Alliance Data. The parent company.

Whoever wrote this article is incredibly inaccurate.

I have an open World Financial Network National Bank account. It has not reported anything to the credit reporting companies since 1999. I was going to close the account but I read from another blog entry to keep it open. Will it help even if they are not reporting????
