Removing PAID FEDERAL TAX LIENS?

Does anyone have a cure for this one? I have been trying to get our paid federal tax liens removed for three years now. They were both paid in full in 2005.

Since you have already paid off the Federal Tax, you should consult an attorney to have it removed from the report. Your attorney will apply for a "Release of Federal Tax Lien" for you that will confirm that the debt has been repaid in full and you do not have any outstanding debt with the IRS. The IRS will remove the tax lien within 30 days and you will receive a copy of the "Release of Federal Tax Lien??? certificate.
