HELP! Cash Net USA is threatening to sue

i am also being called by someone saying they are the bureau of criminal investigation and i have a one time offer to pay 777.00 on a pdl or pay 1000 or go to jail can they do this they r saying original debt cash usa

no they can't.debts are civil matters not criminal ones.in fact just by your post,and the name of said scam.i'm pretty sure this person and made up entity is in INDIA.therefore it is a complete scam.file a police report for the call.then file FTC,and AG complaints.then ignore them.again a scam that needs to be reported not paid.

My husband had the same call, then threatened to brake his legs and blow up the house.... they called me a $5 prostitute (lol).If they have thick accents and names like Daniel Carter and American names (I think the other ones last name was Martin) it is really a scam. I called Cash Net USA and they do not even do business with this company and do not have my husbands name in their system. I called the FBI and they gave me the number for the FCC. They try to get you to say that you want to take care of this matter so they can take the money out of your checking account. The last time I checked you cannot get arrested for outstanding debts. Also, the told me their name was Financial Crime Central Network and their number came up on the caller id as Freeman R 310-464-0499 and I called them back so many times they ask me not to call again! :D
