Should you file complaints with the AG if.......


you have NOT paid the full principal back?


Tweety...if your loans are charging you roll over fees every two weeks?? That's against Indiana Law...Are they demanding you pay by ACH only?? That's against the law...Did they debit your account after you sent a C&D letter?? That's against the law...Are they chatging more than the % allowed by state law?? Are they licensed in our state??

Doesn't matter if you haven't paid off the principle...that's all you want to pay...but that's not all they want, right?? The only way we can put a dent in these usurous business' is to complain to the authorities...enough complaints and they will start to shut down..
