Tweety...if your loans are charging you roll over fees every two weeks?? That's against Indiana Law...Are they demanding you pay by ACH only?? That's against the law...Did they debit your account after you sent a C&D letter?? That's against the law...Are they chatging more than the % allowed by state law?? Are they licensed in our state??
Doesn't matter if you haven't paid off the principle...that's all you want to pay...but that's not all they want, right?? The only way we can put a dent in these usurous business' is to complain to the authorities...enough complaints and they will start to shut down..

Morningstar is absolutely right here. There is more than one way to break the law and trust me, these IPDL's will find them! Even if you haven't fully paid back the principal, they can still be cited in other areas, so it's good to get the ball rolling.
