Some of the lenders will recognize parts of it and tell you that your letter is a letter that has been widely circulated on the interst and therefore they will be ignoring it. My example is just telling you what it should be about. Don't copy and paste. When they told me that, i answered by telling them that my AG was real and so was the FTC and went on to say more.

Regardless of if you use a template or not, you will be accused of using one. I wasn't telling her to use a template, just to use it as an example.
If your letter went on for 3 pages then it was probably good. I just saw how short it was here and thought the more legal sounding one was better.

she definently needs to add more about interest rates and how much she's already paid and her AG and on and on. It really help to go to godaddy.com and get their real name and address and address it in your email to that person at that address and your AG's name as address as a cc to. Also, address it to previous company names also. Email it.
