Help with letter to PDL

Hi I have a loan with Payday OK but I live in Texas...Do you think if I email them they would consider it PID...I have been paying them since April

As of today, August 14, 2007, I revoke my authorization for Discounted Loans, Credit Protection Deposit or any representative, parent company, affiliate, or subsidiary of either company, to withdraw any funds from the checking account under the name of Jane Doe, account number 1090000000000, located at the Branch Bank and Trust.

As an Internet payday lenders doing business with a Florida resident you are subject to the provisions of the state Florida Consumer Credit and Protection Act and the Florida has jurisdiction over your conduct in the state Florida. I can find no business license on file with the Florida. Dept of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs for Discounted Loans. I can only assume that you are not licensed to make loans in the Florida.

Carivest, they will try to tell you that you are subject to the laws of their state or country. but also include in your letter, "Discounted Loans makes consumer loans and are debt collectors as defined by Florida law and you are required to obtain a state business license before conducting business in the state of florida. When you sent your loan papers to me via email, you're intended recipant was a resident of the state of florida."

Carivest, really don't use any sort of TEMPLATE. Some of the lenders will recognize parts of it and tell you that your letter is a letter that has been widely circulated on the interst and therefore they will be ignoring it. My example is just telling you what it should be about. Don't copy and paste. When they told me that, i answered by telling them that my AG was real and so was the FTC and went on to say more.

she definently needs to add more about interest rates and how much she's already paid and her AG and on and on. It really help to go to godaddy.com and get their real name and address and address it in your email to that person at that address and your AG's name as address as a cc to. Also, address it to previous company names also. Email it.

niniDC, why don't you register instead of being a "guest"?
