What will you be doing with the Check?


I know that the government wants me to run out and make a major purchase. I sure would love to take a little vacation or buy some patio furniture. But frankly I need oil or to pay off a bill or two. Will this be helping the economy or is it just helping my family survive a little longer?


i plan to use it on my vacation.i know alot
of people struggling to make ends meet.they
will use the stimulus to catch up,it is a
shame.gas prices are insane,forclosures are
at record levels nobody i know will put into
the economy.

I posted this on the other thread about this as well..but...

I was going to save the whole thing for gas, food, lodging and attraction tickets for a nice 3-day vacation for myself and my kids, since we've never really had one. But....with the higher energy prices and food prices and EVERYTHING prices...it will be going to pay bills (winter heating bill I'm still paying off), buy some groceries to stock up as much as possible, and put a little gas in my van.

I will be back to selling part-time on Ebay and Craigslist in an effort to make up the money for the trip.
