garnishment and tax time

I have an old hospital bill from 2005, I was making $100 a months to a collections agency and feel behind. As soon as I got behind they were not willing to work with me and send it to an attorney threatining to garnish my wages. I was trying to work out a pymt arrangment with the attorney but didn't make enough money. I'm a full time student and only work part time. About 1 yr after the attorney contacted me and my wges have only been garnished once. Well the point is tax time is coming up, I claim my daughter and as a working student mom I really need themoney. In the state of KY are they going to take my taxes for a medical bill.
