Thank you for the Good News. I faxed similar letters out yesterday and sent a Fed-X of the same package to their Surrey address and I just tried to log on to their site and was denied access. I actually hope that they do contact me again and hopefully, I will have some sort of response from to my complaint from AG's office in California to send them. The only thing that really concerns me now is their threat to continue reporting me to Teletrack. Did they threaten to report and harm your credit?

bluecow - do not be concerned with their threat to report you to teletrack. it is really nothing but a tool payday loans use (sadly, I actually got many payday loans after being reported).
It is not the same as telecheck and it will not harm you.
