Transcript help

I seriously need an answer. I attened college back in 2000 i applied for two loans subsidized and unsubsidized loan i only attended for one term spring my unsubsidized loan was cancled but a portion of my subsidized loan was sent out my loan was for 2625 they sent out 1750 for spring and summer but since i withdrawed before summer they cancled my fall and was suppose to refund my summer which was 1750 for both spring and summer the school said they refunded summer but i had to pay for spring which i just finished paying off october of this year now i go and try to get my transcripts but the scholl said i owe them 873.75 whisch is the money they said they refunded but salliemae said they only received the canclelation one for fall how can i go about getting my transcripts without paying the money they kept for themself back because the owe the back

Please, if you want a response, use periods and capitalization when required. I am getting a headache trying to figure out what you are asking.

Fall student loans would come under a seperate FAFSA application than your spring/summer so fall is not an issue here. Usually summer loans are dispursed seperately from spring loans. What type of school did you attend?

Unfortunately if you owe the school money, they have the right not to release the transcripts until your balance is paid. That is how it is at the university I work for as well. :(

As far as can fathom, you withdrew and funds were returned. You probably missed a cut off date for withdrawal and now owe the school money. Yes they can and will hold your transcripts.
