Is there a SOL on private school loans? I need an answer and some information asap. thanks!
yes and no...there is some arguement as to SOL when your private
yes and no...there is some arguement as to SOL when your private loan is funded/guaranteed by a nonprofit like TERI vs a bank like Citibank. Also the SOL is calculated from the default date, not the date of last payment.
