Sallie Mae Loans
Sallie Mae missed one when they approached me to consolidate, that one is now in collections and the collector wants $5,000 and is nasty, Sallie Mae rep that I call in India says Sallie Mae wont take ownership of that loan back and I have to pay the collector's fee. Sallie Mae admitted the error? What are my options?

Mark...it is your responsiblity that all your loans are included in the consolidation. Was the loan originally with sallie mae or with another lender/servicer?
