Options for repayment on Parent Plus loan...


I am looking for some assistance on what we can do to get some help. We did sign for a parent plus loan and 'the student' "doesn't want to pay anymore". Please don't tell me you signed you have to pay, I get that. But there has got to be something we can do legally to get help from the one we signed for. Just looking for some suggestions on people who have been through this, not whats legal (once again-got that). I would have a hard time believing we are the only ones is America going through this....thanks.


We just want to know can we take her to court for part of it? We have it on a year hold to buy us time to figure things out. You have to understand that we just got 30,000.00 thrown on our lap. My husband is already paying 1200.00 for child supp plus rent and other just living expense. As far as lender payment options/consolidating its in the investagation works. Just weird how we have to pay 30,000 and got nothing out of it-ugh!
