Has anyone encounter this here in florida I know it is a nongarnishment state But how do you stop them from call you Thay have called me at my job

Florida is a garnishment state. Federal loans can garnish 15% without a court order.
You DO NOT want to seize a student loan from calling you. If federal, they will immedaitely proceed to garnishment. If private, they will sue you ASAP>
