The collection Agency can make you start over with paying your debt, if you don't make a payment. I owe a student loan and I have been paying every month, I had my entire amount of tax refund taken last year and partically this year. One of the repersentive told me If I don't make a payment, I will have to start all over again with my payments. Also, I was given a website address which suppose to be STUDENTLOANSOLUTION. have tried, org and gov. I finally tried studentloansolution.com and I still wasn't able to find out how much amount I owe. I am asking because I was told, because the repersenitive couldn't verify my amount that was left. Can someone please help. Is this illegal?

The CA is able to give you a total balance with accrued interest and collection costs. You can go to NSLDS.gov and you can get your balance there although it might not have the collection costs added in.
Studentloansolution is not a governement or ffelp guarantor website. They wouldnt be able to help you.
