Tax offset for student loans
I was wondering if they take all your refund when your loan has gone into tax off set? I was going to pay the loan off with the refund and found out it had gone into off set. I have no problem with them taking what I owe as long as that is all they take.

They would take the amount due and you would get whatever is left, if anything. But while the loan company may have *applied* for tax offset, it might not have gone through yet so you just *might* get your refund back.
