Can I consolidate my student loans on this program? Will I be able to still keep my credit cards?

We are not a program...this is a public message board dealing with getting out of debt.
That said, student loans are a different type of debt. Neither private nor federal loans can be included in any debt management program.
If you have federal loans, consolidate them with the Direct Loan Program thru the Department of Education.
