i just wanted to know if my wages are being garnished already and they took my refund last yr(before the garnishment started) will they also take my refund again this yr?

It is my understanding that the Government can both garnish your wage and intercept any tax return for the defaulted student loan.
However, you must wait to get it confirmed by Soaplady. She is our community expert on student loan :)
