Some one mentioned an IRS website link that helps you fill out a financial disclosure form. Does anyone have the link? It helps get the average expense amounts in your area ato help you fill the form

Well, I have decided to consolidate my student loans and get a dreict consolidation loan that is income contingent... Is this a good idea? I filled out a form on line and then I call ACT and finally spoke to someone who stated that ACT would send me the paperwork if that is what i decide to do. ANyway, i go the paperwork yesterday, I just dont understand why I stil have to go with ACT. Also how in the world can I stop the tax refund offset? I have not filed my taxes for this year and am debating about waiting so that I might actually get my refund this year.

The debt consolidation loan can be helpful if the terms are good. Read the agreement carefully.

Unfortunately, I don't know about the income tax offset nor ACT.
