The difference b/t delinquent and derogatory

I have both delinquent and derogatory accts on my credit report. What's the difference? Which one is worse?

Well, many use the terms interchangeably but they are not the same.

You're delinquent on an account even when you're one day late. But the account would be marked as derogatory when you're sufficiently late by 120 days.

Ofcourse, a derogatory remark on the report is more harmful for a credit score.
