Settlement offer to the Board of education
I need to begin a simple letter for a settlement offer to the Board of Education. They have no number or e-mail to contact them and only accept letters and will not offer me a settlement offer. I have to think of my own offer. This of course is not fare but I have no idea how to start my letter and they would not help me.
Well for starters, which board of education? There are about 30
Well for starters, which board of education? There are about 30 guarantey agencies plus the department of education. Is this for a federal loan?
Are you receiving any correspondance from a collection agency or guarantor?
