Greetings all,
In order to stop a (1st time ) draft from Allied Interstate,phone number 973.753.1437,my bank needs their I.D. numbers ? Does anyone on board have this info BASED ON THAT BRANCH PHONE # ,PLEASE ? ANY /ALL ASSOCIATED WITH THAT OFFICE .Yes,I got several calls at work and on cell regarding this 7 year student loan debt (daughter's) Yes I got suckered in,gave him my bank info.NO I was not contacted of late by the treasury dept.regarding this matter.out of the blue ,Allied call,insisted that a payment must be made.Curiosity led me here ,to the board,and glad to know that I'm not alone.If anyone has the I.D. numbers,please post,or send to THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!

Allied is a DOE vendor...stopping payment on a payment ton a fed
Allied is a DOE vendor...stopping payment on a payment ton a federal loan could end up with a garnishment and they do not need a court order.
they are calling you? Is this a Plus Loan?
It doesnt matter how old it is ....there is no SOL on federal student loans.
