In case of any dispute which authorizing body is responsible for solving issues arising out of student loan?
If you have a federal student loan, then the Federal Student Aid
If you have a federal student loan, then the Federal Student Aid Ombudsman of the Department of Education will help you resolve disputes and solve other problems with federal student loans.
First step is the collector....often they can resolve a dispute.
