Met rehab requirements..now?
Tomorrow, I will have made my 9th agreed upon payment to NCO to rehab my loan. My questions are:
1. how long before they discontinue the garnishments of my paycheck?
2. will the tax offsets discontinue immediately?
3. on average, how long will it take to be reflected on my credit report?

1. your garnishment will cease after your rehab has funded...th
1. your garnishment will cease after your rehab has funded...the guarantor will send a release once that has occured.
2. you will be cleared for 2008 taxes
3. guarantors have up to 90 days by law from the date of rehab to update their tradeline
