Cash Call Please help

Some year ago after my grandmother passed away my husband and I got a payday loan from Cash call in the amount of 5000$. It was the worst thing we could have ever done. Each month we paid the minumun amount due BUT it never went down. They would not work with us at all to try to lower the amount. So we stopped paying. This also was the stupidest thing we could have ever done. A year passed and we got a court order and they took 700 dollars out mybank account. That???s all I had in my account. I have been currently making payment but stop due to financial difficultly. Can you help get them off my back???

If you received the summons and did not respond on show up, there is not much we can suggest. Cashcall is a legal lender...
