I keep getting calls throughout the day from these people, they call my cell and home number back to back. They leave at least 3-4 messages on my home number, but not on my cell, I have all their number routed to go straight to voice mail, but at the end of the day it shows approx 5 missed calls from them. I did have an account with Lane Bryant, but I do recall paying a little extra for the protection plan in case I lost my job..which is what happened, therefore couldn't pay all my bills. I have told them several times about my protection plan ans they state I still have to pay on a monthly basis. When I stopped paying them my balance was $248.17, now its a whopping $864.88. Is there anything I can do? Now they are telling me that I need an attorney because it's going to affect me directly! What the HELL is that supposed to mean? Kinda sounds like a threat right?

Payment protection plans only cover your minimum payment for a c
Payment protection plans only cover your minimum payment for a certain amount of time, not indefinately. Also you have to be involuntarily unemployment, meaning laid off or fired. Did you do the paperwork for it? Provide proof of your unemployment?
