i got a letter in the mail today wanting payment for a credit card more than 12 years old what should i do i live in oklahoma
If it has been 12 years the date of your first deliquency, send
If it has been 12 years the date of your first deliquency, send them a letter telling them to pound sand and get lost....the debt is out of SOL and is time barred.
