Hi there, I live in Wisconsin, For the past 2 years i had a 300 dollar loan with Oakwood services, I am receiving phone calls from 1-877-630-7562. Saying they are coming to my work to serve papers. I paid back way over $300 in extended payment plans. Then I paid off the loan and took out a new one and closed my checking account. They said this is fraud and there coming after me. They wanted to speak to my supervisor. I believe this company is illegal. Please help me.

I received a message saying my step son listed me as a relative and there are court papers to be delivered. Was asked to call Jackyn Monroe in the Legal Dept. She also used my maiden name which is odd.
