No protection..

:confused:What I would like to know how is it that my creditors would like for me to pay them when they use abusive and shady companies to lie, cheat and bully me into a payment. When I get threats I just dont pay. I would rather a judge tell me to pay it. I have been trying to get my credit cleaned up for a year now. There are a couple of companies that have not taken the steps of reporting the payment yet. We all fall on hard times. This is nuts that we have no protection from this type of scum.
