Is Universal Fidelity a legit business? If I make a payment online with them they aren't going to steal my info and start emptying my account are they? I keep getting calls. I have yet to receive anything in the mail though the guy I talked to from UF said my address was not up to date.

If you have asked for a DV in writing and they still continue to call you even without replying to your request, they are basically violating the terms of the FDCPA. I have my own doubts as to whether all of this is actually legit, but if you have to pay to get the monkey off your back, only use money order pre-paid debit cards. DO NOT share any of your banking information with unknown third parties, especially over the phone.
