returned the money

I did not recieve a loan from Cash.Taxi, a Northway Financial Corporation, and they are trying to charge me for the loan. The money was being deposited, my bank returned the money and now they are trying to take the money I never recieved. I have proof from my bank that the money was returned because the account had been closed. What should I do?
Send or email them proof that your bank returned the money. P
Send or email them proof that your bank returned the money. Personally I would recommend closing the account and opening up another one.
