Credit Repair Service

Can anyone please explain from what date does the 7 year time closck start for neg account to drop off my Credit Servicereport? is is the last time you were late? what happens if your late here and there, when does 7 years start? How does charge offs figure into this date? Does each cra utilize a different date or is it all the same? How do deletion dates of collection agency(jdb) figure into this? Or can we all just make it up..LOL..

No, you cannot make any of this stuff. Here is the deal: The shelf life of negative tradelines start from the date the account is reported as delinquent. You might be late on your mortgage payments, even by as much as a couple of months and still not be considered delinquent (say you make payments less that you are billed for monthly) so there is a fine line to be tread. As far as charge-offs are concerned, they happen much later than the point at which your account is marked delinquent.
