old debt
An old hospital bill that has been put in for collections was for my minor child. She has now turned 18 , do they have the right to put that on her credit report against her since she was 14 and a minor when the bill originated?

Which state do you reside in? The bill cannot be listed on her credit report since when the bill was originated, she was not financially responsible for it.
