I don't have a loan with mycashnow. I have one with paydaymax and it shows on my account when I log in to contact Credit Protection Depot, Inc so they must collect for both of these companies. Either way Paydaymax is an illegal lender in AZ.

All these illegal pdl's seem to be connected in one way or another.

I know its amazing! What a creepy world PDL's. My husband feels guilty because I never knew such companies existed until he introduced me to them.

Don't feel guilty Buzzette. We all have been in the same position after taking help from PDL lenders.

Although I'm on the road to recovery after PDL's and next Fri is the second pay period that none of them can access my account closed by the FDIC, I'm sure the calls will start soon enough. I received one yesterday at work but when I answered the call they hung up. No idea who it was. So I sent out all of my documentation again, with copies of the AG complaints filed so we'll see what happens.

I just received a call from Credit Protection Depot at work. I've already notified them and payday max not to contact me at work. Is there anything else I can do to stop them? I've already filed all of the complaints, AG, BBB, FTC against payday max.

Can CPD report to the 3 major credit bureau?

If CPD reports to the 3 major credit bureau's I don't know. Considering they are not licensed in the state of AZ and since I filed a complaint with the AG, FTC in my area and sent them copies of all documentation via certified mail almost 2 weeks ago, I've not heard from them since.

I sent copies of the complaint I filed against CPD via certified mail and it was returned to me unclaimed. Being this company is not licensed in my state and I had already sent copies of my complaint via email is probably why they didn't pick up the letter.
