Negotiate Debt Reduction
I pending debt of 6 thousand dollars from a debt of the time I used attend the military but was not able to pay the debt. I want to know whether collection company of america can help me with paying for the debt, specially getting a reduction to a price I can afford. Let me know if I will be required to do a credit report to find out which is the last collection company that holds my debt?

You "attended" the military?? In what country?? Does the military not require basic english skills? You don't have pending debt...you owe debt.
Collection company of america is a collection agency....they are not a debt management company. Sounds like you are talking about a debt management plan...you do not get a settlement in the amount you owe...you pay all of the debt maybe at a lower interest rate. And yes, you need to pull a copy of your credit report to find out where your debt is.
