I am being sued for $620. for a payday loan from over 5 years ago.
It was referred to a collection agency. I don't remember this loan but feel the company is illegal.
They are Greenwood Holdings.
Before I agree to a payment schedule I would like to know any recourse.

Well, if they are an illegal
Well, if they are an illegal payday lender, then all you have to do is pay the principal amount. They can't sue you. What state are you in by the way?
