If you dont accept the summons, they will simply serve you by mail.
Since you already have a judgment against you, they can levy your bank account. They have probably already placed a lein against your home.

citibank is trying to sue me too -- they seem to be the most aggresive with that --
the better thing would have been to answer their summons first within 30/20 days depending on how it was served --
it it was via mail I think you have 30 days -- but since that passed -- you can call the courts to check on status and verifying where the status is --
sometimes you can search online as well
good luck --
Hide from being served a lawsuit...
Hello...regarding your problem...don't worry too much...There are ways you can do about and I may be of help. Firstly, if you don't want to pay or you really have no means to pay, you may hide from being served.
MOD NOTE....YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! YOU ARE SO WRONG Simply because, If they cant serve you a lawsuit or a demand letter from an attorney because you are nowhere to be found, then there is nothing that they can do about it. EVER HEARD OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION???You may also change your phone number so you will not be receiving collection calls and harassed by collections agents. There is no crime for not answering calls, anyway. However, if you cannot change your number for some reasons and you will be harassed by these collection agents, you can sue them for violating the FDCPA.
A COLLECTOR CALLING YOU TO PAY A DEBT IS NEITHER HARASSMENT OR A VIOLATION OF THE FDCPA
Secondly, don't let anyone enter your home or your premises, not unless it is a police officer holding a warrant. And even if the person calling at your door in a policeman in uniform, still be vigilant and careful so you can protect your home and family. As much as possible, before you let them in, ask for proofs of their identity. Anyone can just pretend to be a person in authority just to be able to enter your home to hurt you or steal from you just as anyone can make up a paper for you to sign so that they can enter your home. Put up a "no trespassing" sign but if they still insist, that will be your leverage for fighting them back. You can sue them for trespassing to your property. TOTAL BS
Lastly, there is no such thing as debtor's prison. If you want to know more about how you can eliminate your credit card debt, feel free to contact me. Hope I was able to help you...Good day!
