Any tips for dealing with Capital One
Date: Mon, 07/16/2012 - 18:14
Hello,
I am almost 60 days late on my Capital One. Reading these forums, it seems that Capital One is one of the toughest banks to deal with on settling.
I have been ignoring their calls (averages 2 a day). Should I call them when I hit the 60 days (7/19) or wait longer to offer a settlement?
Any tips on those who have been successful in settling?
THank you,

They are the worse.
I was only able to get Cap1 to 65% after a year with them. The only reason I think it stayed with them vs going to a law suit sooner is they had it listed as a medical hardship.
