I need to know is there any way I can start over with my monthly payments and stop the wage garnishments on my student loan

Is this a private loan or federal loan? If federal, did you respond to the 30 day notice of garnishment?? File an appeal?? Do you have a hardship situation or you just dont want to be garnished???
