yeah, Patricia is right...BBB is the best place for verifying a company's credibility. Also check if they are registered with The Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies or The National Foundation of Credit Counseling.

Are you sure that they offer credit card debt consolidation programs? I didn't find any information on credit card consolidation from their website.
