When I asked to have my payments restructured I was told I had to be current for three months. I did that and requested again to have restructure and without even a notice they closed my account ( which I found out while trying to check my balance due four months latter and found I could not access it). When I called I was transferred and hung up on numerous till finally a representative told my account had been closed four months prior and said they can not do anything for me. However their contract says they can go up to 20% interest rate if you are contrary to any statements in the contract. They hide behind their attorneys with all that extra money they have left over after lining their pockets.

Is their any services willing to fight for the ones who want to pay but need more time and less interest?

My credit card along with others were sold to FIA four years ago. My account was good up to two years ago and the card was still active. However I have noted that FIA has many legal actions in court against them along with the parent having major litigation against it (BA). I am just one in millions being caught in the web of the unscrupulous politicians and bankers. Such is Hell!
