refused credit

Please,send this to the right dept.if you can't help me..For almost 4 yrs.your company/lowes has been discriminating me!! I bought a hm.and the gov.gave me $8000.dols.rebate and since then I have been trying to get one of your credit cards.I even bought a storage shed from y'all and you had to replace it w/another/IS THAT WHY YOU REFUSE ME CREDIT?? For 3 yrs.I have bought 2 cars,accounts @ other places,and you hold doctor bills against me!!!Well,that's between my insurance co.and them!!!Man,I have family working @ hm depot but I choose lowes I shouldn't be treated like your rejected fool after sending all my money there for home improvement.thanks PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED
