I quit paying on an account and sent them aletter that I am 75yrs old and could not continue to pay due to por health and that I receive in home support services since I am very low income and cannot afford a nursing home. Their attorney has filed a law suit against me. I am not able to go to the court and have decided to start paying them again as they have lowered the interest to 0 which they would not do before. If I pay the missed 3 mos of payments will that top the lawsuit?

You will have to call and ask the attorney who is handling the case. Usually once a case has been filed, the only thing that will prevent a judgement from being filled is a settlement or the account paid in full.
