am i being served?


i need some advice. help!
i got a call today unknown number, a lady named tina roberts a legal / processing coordinator.. shes processing a paperwork complain to be filed in orange county, california ( where i lived ) and she wanted to verify some information but since it was a voicemail she wanted me to call 8779747244 the petitioner's office to verify and get my court date. am i being served ? should i call that number?



i have a history of not paying my credit cards and im still on debt..
is there anyway i can stop them to file a complain ??

what should i do?


they have my address and my work address. are they going to call my work?
she also said.. failure to contact regarding my case will result will execute a mail to serve me? and she knows my home address. and at the end she said my name _____ your are officially notified.

a google serach of the number brings up the name landmark.they are a collection agency,and a bottomfeeder at that.i would report the number given to your local police,and then to your AG.do not call as all they will do is threaten,harrass,and argue.report and ignore.

what number if any showed up on your caller id?couldn't find an address to send an FOAD letter.so if you have the number the witch called from(meaning if it's not blocked)that might help,but as stated above report and ignore.

FOAD=^&*# off and die.basically a c&d but with stronger verbage.AG= attorney general.some let you file complaints online.check into that,but do file a complaint with your local police.

Also, process servers must make an attempt to serve you in person...they just cannot chuck a summons in the mail. More proof that they are a scam.

I work for an attorneys office where we serve summons to Defendants who have been outstanding balance anywhere between 2009 to couple of months. Process servers DO NOT call, they will just serve you the summons. Before there is summons to be served, you should have received proper communication via mail on who is filing suit.

I received the same call from a company called National. They called my work, cell and surprisingly called my parents house looking for me.

Just hang up or do not pick up phone.

They were calling me from a spoof phone. Number appeared as 213 only
