These people are horrible. They have no idea who they are calling and when you ask them to validate any supposed debt, they tell you they don't have to, just pay up! I have no clue who they are looking for, but it's not me. They continue to harass me when I've asked them politely to quite calling.
I believe they purchase old debts, then try to make you on the other end pay under threat and harassment. They are not operating under the law and everyone needs to report them to their Att. General and file complaint under the FDCPA. These people are idiots and extremely unprofessional. Report them!
