I have approximately 26,000 in credit card debt and loans combined. I have no idea what my credit score is but I always pay my bills on time. It is difficult to pay everything and on time. What are the chances that I would get approved for a consolidation loan?

Do you own a home? You might be able to get a HE line/loan, or even consider getitng an unsecured consolidation loan for say, 10k and use that to bust down some of the balances. As soaplady said, you aren't going to be able to get a 27k loan for consolidation even with a 780 FICO.
