I have a negative report from universal that decreased my credit score by 58 points, which is not good because i am purchasing a home. i was offered an account with fingerhut, but never pursued it and/or opened a credit line. I actually trashed the offer. are there any other companies they work for? how would you pursue action against them and have the report deleted from my account? is this not fraud and can we sue them for negligence and fraud? Thanks, Rosario
