I have a payday loan I cannot pay at this time. They continue to call me and made me agree to unreachable payments. Can they talk to my HR Department at work and garnish my wages? I am willing to pay but it has to be within my means!

National Opportunities is an illegal DE based lender. They can't garnish your wages without a court order which I am sure they will have trouble getting. The only thing that can happen is that they might harass you at work. The best course of action would be inform your supervisor and the HR department that you are dealing with illegal lenders and that all such calls should be ignored.
