hi my fiance has 15,000.00 in medical debt and were getting married in october he doesnt really know what would be a gd way to get rid of the debt bc he only makes enough on his checks to pay bills and to buy the necessities for our child who is 19months im also a stay at home mom so its hard for me to help with paying things. i just want him to be stress and debt free before we get married

You are not going to be debt free unless you work hard at paying off the debt. That means you going to work or him getting a second job. Work in the evenings or weekends when he is home.
